Mel from Sassy's catered our daughter's wedding and made the wedding cake! We could not have been more pleased! When the cake was delivered, I started to cry it was sooo beautiful!! The food was displayed very well and the taste was amazing. Some of our guests commented "this looks like a cruise ship buffet spread and I went back for food 5 times, it was that good!" Since the wedding experience, we have hired Sassy's to make gift baskets for our business clients and we order all of our birthday cakes from Mel. I can't say enough good about Sassy's and Melody Larsen!  I have never enoyed a cake or cupcake like hers!  From taste to presentation she rates #1 in my book! I recommend her to anyone!  Not only can she bake, cook, and design, she has integrity and class! I have called on her for several special events for my family.  We have enjoyed the most delicous birthday cakes and cupcakes!  She presented a most beautiful cupcake display for my sister-in-laws wedding.  She custom made a masterpiece of a cake for my nephew's wedding--exacatly what the bride dreamed of and more! Not to mention she catered the dinner spread that kept the guests coming for more!  She never does anything halfway!  She recently catered a surprise birthday lunch at my husbands office topped off with an incredible redvelvet cake!  The office staff requested her services for everyday of the week!  She has a most delicious sauce that I think should be sold by the bottle!  You'll have to check it out at the cafe!  Can't wait to be a frequent visitor to Sassy's Cafe and Bakery!
